1. General Terms

These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with 4567ee, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games and betting markets, use of promotional offers, and any communications between you and the platform's support team.

4567ee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation or interpretation dispute, the English-language version of these Terms shall take precedence. All communications with 4567ee — including support requests, account queries, and dispute submissions — must be conducted in English to ensure accurate processing.

4567ee operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform targeted at adult players in Bangladesh. The platform provides access to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, and related entertainment services. 4567ee does not provide financial services, investment products, or any service regulated under Bangladeshi financial services law.

1.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable online gaming regulations. Any dispute arising from the use of the 4567ee platform that cannot be resolved through the platform's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to binding arbitration. Players agree to submit to this process before pursuing any other form of legal remedy.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

2. Age & Eligibility

To register and use a 4567ee account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by local law applicable to your specific circumstances.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or affiliate of 4567ee or any of its technology or game providers.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order from any gambling platform, whether imposed voluntarily or by a regulatory authority.
• You must not have a previously suspended or banned 4567ee account.

2.1 Age Verification

4567ee reserves the right to request identity documents at any point to verify a player's age and identity. Accepted documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. If a player fails or refuses to provide satisfactory age verification documents within the timeframe specified by 4567ee's compliance team, the account will be suspended and all pending transactions frozen until verification is completed.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on the 4567ee platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be suspended, and any bonuses or winnings generated through duplicate registrations will be forfeited.

When registering your account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

3.1 Account Credentials

Your 4567ee Login credentials — specifically your username and password — are personal to you and must not be shared with any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including any bets placed, games played, or transactions initiated, whether or not you personally performed those actions. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 4567ee support immediately at [email protected].

4567ee staff will never ask you for your password under any circumstances. Any communication claiming to be from 4567ee and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team immediately.

3.2 KYC Verification

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification may be required before the processing of any withdrawal, or at any time at 4567ee's discretion. KYC verification requires the submission of proof of identity and proof of address. Until KYC verification is completed to 4567ee's satisfaction, withdrawal requests may be held pending. KYC checks are a standard anti-fraud and anti-money laundering measure and are not applied selectively or punitively.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your 4567ee balance instantly upon successful payment confirmation from the payment provider.
• 4567ee does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside 4567ee's control.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment originates from a method not registered to the account holder — are not permitted and will result in the deposit being reversed and the account being reviewed.
• 4567ee reserves the right to set maximum deposit limits on a per-transaction, daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Players may also set their own voluntary deposit limits from the responsible gaming section of their account settings.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to that method supporting outbound transfers.
• Most withdrawals are processed within the same business day. In some cases, particularly where KYC verification is pending, processing may take up to 3 business days.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if the account has an active bonus balance that has not yet met its wagering requirements. In such cases, the player may choose to forfeit the bonus balance in order to proceed with the withdrawal of their real-money funds.
• 4567ee reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that are deemed unusual in size or frequency. During such reviews, the withdrawal may be temporarily held pending completion of the review.
• Winnings generated from free spins, no-deposit bonuses, or other non-deposit promotional rewards are subject to separate maximum withdrawal caps as stated in the specific promotional terms applicable to that offer.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

4567ee offers a range of promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the ICC T20 World Cup. Each promotional offer is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page.

The following general bonus terms apply to all promotional offers on 4567ee unless the specific promotion page states otherwise:

5.1 Wagering Requirements

• All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. The wagering requirement applicable to any specific bonus is stated clearly on the promotion page and in any bonus-activation communication.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless the promotion specifies that it is calculated on the bonus plus deposit amount.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of bet value. Live casino games and table games may contribute a lower percentage. Sports bets must meet a minimum odds threshold as stated in the specific promotion terms. The contribution percentages for each game category are published on the Promotions page.
• Bonus balances and their associated wagering progress expire within the timeframe stated on the relevant promotion page (typically 7–30 days from activation). Expired bonus balances are forfeited automatically.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

4567ee monitors all bonus activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play, collusion between multiple accounts to generate bonus winnings, or systematic exploitation of specific game mechanics to circumvent the spirit of a promotion. Where bonus abuse is identified, 4567ee reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit associated winnings, and suspend the account. Players who believe their bonus has been incorrectly flagged may submit a formal dispute through the support team.

6. User Obligations

By using the 4567ee platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potentially a permanent ban:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts on the 4567ee platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any coordinated activity designed to manipulate betting markets or game outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform's games or payment systems for personal gain. Any winnings generated as a result of a known or reasonably identifiable bug must be reported to support and are subject to review and potential forfeiture.
• Using the platform for any activity that may constitute money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime under applicable law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing members of the 4567ee support team or other players in any shared platform space.
• Sharing your account credentials with or allowing access to your account by any third party, including family members.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

Players may request the permanent closure of their 4567ee account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the most recently used withdrawal method, subject to the minimum withdrawal threshold of ৳500.

7.1 Voluntary Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent self-exclusion. During the self-exclusion period, the account is fully locked — the player cannot log in, deposit, place bets, or participate in promotions. Self-exclusion is processed within 24 hours of the request being received. A self-exclusion period cannot be shortened once activated; it runs for the full duration selected by the player.

7.2 4567ee-Initiated Suspension or Closure

4567ee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete age or identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Detection of duplicate accounts registered by the same individual.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months without a deposit or withdrawal transaction.

In the event of a platform-initiated closure that is not related to player misconduct, any confirmed real-money balance will be returned to the player via the last verified withdrawal method. Balances associated with accounts closed due to Terms violations are subject to forfeiture following investigation.

8. Limitation of Liability

4567ee provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 4567ee takes all reasonable steps to ensure the platform is available, secure, and functioning correctly at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance windows, emergency downtime, or third-party infrastructure failures may occasionally affect platform availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 4567ee's total liability to any player — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

4567ee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

8.1 Force Majeure

4567ee shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond 4567ee's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, telecommunications failures, or power outages affecting the platform's hosting infrastructure.

8.2 Third-Party Game Providers

Games available on 4567ee are provided by licensed third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. While 4567ee vets all providers for fairness and reliability, 4567ee is not liable for errors, outages, or interruptions originating within a third-party provider's own systems. In the event of a game malfunction, bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's balance. The outcome of any bet interrupted by a game malfunction shall not be considered a valid settled result.
